取消訂閱隨時可辦理、不收取任何費用：來信告知即可，我們會停止後續扣款並以 Email 確認。服務持續至當期期末。

訂閱為標準品：採自助使用模式，不指派專屬窗口、不承諾特定回應時間、不受理客製化需求。上方的五個工作日是我們盡合理努力的目標，不是服務水準協議（SLA）。需要客製化服務請另行洽詢。

查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理利用、刪除等權利之行使，請來信 ask@quanturing.ai 並提供足以確認你身分的資訊。我們將於收到請求後 15 個工作日內回覆。詳見〈隱私權政策〉。

What we support
- Requesting the free brand visibility health check, and its scorecard
- Activating, changing or cancelling a War Room subscription
- Configuring what is tracked (your own brand and competitors)
- Explaining report contents and how scoring works
- Billing, invoices and refund requests
Cancellation is available at any time and free of charge: email us and we will stop all further charges and confirm by email. The service runs to the end of the current period.

The subscription is a standard product: it is self-service. No dedicated account contact is assigned, no particular response time is committed, and customisation requests are not accepted. The five business days above is a target we make reasonable efforts to meet, not a service level agreement. For customised work, please ask us separately.
Personal data requests
To enquire about, review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct your personal data, to ask us to cease collecting, processing or using it, or to request deletion, email ask@quanturing.ai with enough information for us to verify your identity. We respond within 15 business days of receiving the request. See the Privacy Policy.

- ウォールーム サブスクリプションの開通、プラン変更、解約
- 追跡対象（自社および競合）の設定
- レポート内容とスコア算出方法のご説明
- 請求、インボイス、返金のご請求
解約はいつでも可能で、費用はかかりません。ご連絡いただければ以後の課金を停止し、メールで確認をお送りします。サービスは当該期間の末日まで継続します。
規約は〈QuanBrand 利用規約〉、〈返金ポリシー〉、〈サブスクリプション契約書〉をご覧ください。
サブスクリプションは標準商品です：セルフサービス型で提供され、専任担当者は付かず、特定の応答時間を約束せず、カスタマイズのご要望はお受けしません。上記の 5 営業日は合理的な努力目標であり、サービスレベル契約（SLA）ではありません。カスタマイズが必要な場合は別途ご相談ください。
個人データに関するご請求
照会、閲覧、複製物の交付、補完または訂正、収集・処理・利用の停止、削除などの権利行使については、ご本人確認に足る情報を添えて ask@quanturing.ai までご連絡ください。受領後 15 営業日以内にご回答します。詳細は〈プライバシーポリシー〉をご覧ください。
