What we support
- Requesting the free brand visibility health check, and its scorecard
- Activating, changing or cancelling a War Room subscription
- Configuring what is tracked (your own brand and competitors)
- Explaining report contents and how scoring works
- Billing, invoices and refund requests
Cancellation is available at any time and free of charge: email us and we will stop all further charges and confirm by email. The service runs to the end of the current period.

The subscription is a standard product: it is self-service. No dedicated account contact is assigned, no particular response time is committed, and customisation requests are not accepted. The five business days above is a target we make reasonable efforts to meet, not a service level agreement. For customised work, please ask us separately.
Personal data requests
To enquire about, review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct your personal data, to ask us to cease collecting, processing or using it, or to request deletion, email ask@quanturing.ai with enough information for us to verify your identity.
