Terms of Service

Effective 27 July 2026 · Last updated 27 July 2026 · English translation published 15 August 2026

📋 This document applies to QuanBrand. Terms covering our other services are listed at /service/.

Reference translation. This English text is provided for convenience. The Traditional Chinese version is the governing text; if the two differ, the Chinese version prevails.
These terms form the contract between you and QuanTuring Inc. ("we", "us") for the QuanBrand service. By submitting a subscription request, or by starting to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

QuanBrand measures brand visibility. It assesses how visible your brand is across three surfaces:

  • Google Search — impressions and ranking for your brand terms and service-related queries
  • Google Maps / Business Profile — completeness of your listing, review status and local presentation
  • AI recommendations — whether generative AI systems mention your brand when answering recommendation-type questions

There are two offerings:

  • Free health check: one-off and free of charge, producing a visibility scorecard.
  • War Room subscription: paid, billed monthly, tracking how you and the competitors you nominate change over time, and notifying you of significant movements.

2. Data sources and scope

The service uses publicly available information only: Google search results, public Google Maps / Business Profile data, your public website content, and public answers from generative AI systems.

We do not access any third party's back-end systems. If you separately authorise us to read your own account data (for example your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics or Search Console), the scope, method and revocability of that authorisation will be set out explicitly at the time, and the Privacy Policy applies.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any ranking, position, impression volume, traffic, enquiry volume or revenue outcome.

Ranking and recommendation logic on search engines, map services and generative AI systems is determined by those platforms and changes continuously; it is outside our control. What this service provides is auditable measurement and diagnosis, and recommendations based on it — not a performance guarantee. Any description of future performance is an expectation, not a promise.

4. Subscription, auto-renewal and cancellation

4.1 Billing

  • The War Room subscription is a monthly subscription charged by recurring credit card payment.
  • You are charged every 30 days from the activation date, until you cancel.
  • Plan prices are published at QuanBrand plans and pricing, quoted in New Taiwan dollars and inclusive of 5% business tax.
  • Any foreign-currency amount shown is an approximate reference only. If you pay with a foreign-currency card, the actual amount charged follows your card issuer's exchange rate and rules.

4.2 How to cancel

You may cancel at any time by emailing ask@quanturing.ai. We stop all further charges on receipt.

After cancellation there are no further charges and the service continues to the end of the current period — the period already paid for remains fully usable — after which it stops. Amounts already charged are not refunded; see the Refund Policy.

4.3 Failed payments

If a charge fails, the system retries automatically and notifies you by email, with a 7-day grace period. If payment is still not completed within the grace period, we may suspend the service; no charge is made during suspension.

4.4 Price changes

We reserve the right to adjust plan prices. We notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and the new price applies from the next billing cycle after the stated effective date. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before that date.

5. Electronic invoices

Under Taiwanese tax law we issue electronic invoices only. An invoice can be stored on the carrier or mobile barcode you specify, and can carry your uniform business number.

We do not provide paper invoice copies. Where an invoice wins a prize under Taiwan's invoice lottery, we notify and send it to you using the details you have provided, as the electronic invoice rules require.

6. Waiver of the seven-day right of rescission (important)

This service is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, or an online service that is fully performed once supplied.

Under the proviso to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, and Article 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Sales, where such a service is supplied with the consumer's prior consent, the seven-day cooling-off period (the unconditional right of rescission) does not apply.

You must therefore tick a box giving that consent before purchase when you submit your subscription request. Without it the request cannot be completed. The status and timestamp of your consent are recorded as the basis of both parties' rights and obligations.

This waiver does not affect your right to cancel at any time under section 4.2, nor our obligations under the Refund Policy where the service is interrupted or materially defective.

7. The subscription is a standard product

The War Room subscription is a standardised product. Please check that it matches your needs before subscribing:

  • It is self-service; no dedicated account contact is assigned.
  • There is no committed response time (no service level agreement). We make reasonable efforts to deal with your emails.
  • We do not accept customisation requests, including but not limited to custom report formats, custom metrics, system integration or implementation projects.

If you need customisation, hands-on execution or an implementation project, please ask us about our separate consulting engagement, which is quoted individually and is not governed by the subscription provisions of these terms.

8. Your obligations

  • You must provide brand information and contact details that are accurate, complete and yours to provide, and keep them up to date.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
  • You must not scrape the service at scale, resell, sub-license or publicly distribute the reports it produces to third parties (your own internal use, and discussion with your advisers, are permitted).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and access links; losses arising from a failure to do so are yours.

9. Intellectual property

The intellectual property in the scoring engine, rule design, report templates, systems and related documentation belongs to us.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the reports we produce for you for your own business purposes. Data you provide to us remains yours; you grant us the right to process and use it to the extent necessary to provide the service.

10. AI-generated content

Parts of the service — strategy recommendations, for example — are generated by AI from the public data collected and the information you provide, under a rule of not writing what cannot be cited. AI-generated content may nonetheless contain errors or omissions.

AI generates from the information you supply and public data. Pair it with professional judgement for significant decisions.

11. Changes, suspension and termination of the service

We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the service for technical, legal, third-party data source policy or operational reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.

If we terminate a subscription during a paid period on our own initiative, we refund pro rata for the unused days under the Refund Policy.

If you breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice, we may suspend or terminate the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of China:

  • Our liability to you for damages is capped at the total subscription fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of business or loss of anticipated profit.
  • These limits do not apply to our intentional acts or gross negligence, and do not exclude liability that may not be limited or excluded in advance by law.

13. Personal data and privacy

How we collect, process and use personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and will publish the amended version and its effective date on this page. We notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before a material change to your rights or obligations takes effect. If you do not accept the amended terms you may cancel before the effective date; continuing to use the service after that date is treated as acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their interpretation and application, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China.

The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve disputes. If litigation is necessary, the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance, without prejudice to a consumer's rights of complaint, mediation and exclusive jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act or other laws.
