This page lists the privacy, terms, refund, contract and support documents that apply to each QuanTuring service, arranged by product and document type. Where a document is not provided, the reason is stated in the corresponding cell.

QuanCog contract arrangements: the QuanBrand contract page is a standard-form contract under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, published so that a B2C self-service subscriber can review it before purchase. QuanCog is sold to businesses: subscribers through the Microsoft commercial marketplace are covered by the Standard Contract for Microsoft Marketplace, and direct customers by an individual service agreement. Neither is a standard-form contract published unilaterally by us.

We do not restate the contents of the Standard Contract for Microsoft Marketplace. It is maintained by Microsoft, and any summary risks diverging from the authoritative text.

Language versions

Every document is available in Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese, and the three versions carry the same content. For contractual documents (terms of service, refund policy, the subscription contract) the Traditional Chinese version governs, and each translation says so at the top. The privacy policy is different: each language version is a complete notice you may rely on, with the language relationship explained at the foot of that page. Every translation's "last updated" date mirrors the Chinese original, with the translation date stated separately — a translation never claims the terms changed on the day it was translated.
