QuanCog 退款政策

一、依通路的退款規則

| 免費試用 | 不涉及付款，無退款事宜 |
二、本公司主動終止時
若本公司因非可歸責於你之事由終止服務，且你已就尚未提供之服務期間付款，本公司將按未使用期間比例退還該部分費用；透過 Microsoft 商務市集訂閱者，本公司將循該通路之機制處理。
三、資料匯出
無論以何種方式終止，你的資料自終止日起保留 90 日供匯出，詳見〈隱私權政策〉。退款與資料匯出是兩件獨立的事，申請退款不會提前刪除你的資料。

QuanCog Refund Policy

1. Refunds by channel
| How you obtained QuanCog | How a refund is handled |

| Subscribed through the Microsoft commercial marketplace | Billing, invoicing and refunds are handled by Microsoft under that marketplace's terms and refund mechanism. Please direct such requests to Microsoft Support; we cannot process payments made through that channel. |
| Individual service agreement (enterprise customers) | The payment and termination provisions of that service agreement. |
| Free trial | No payment is involved, so no refund arises. |
2. Where we terminate the service
If we terminate the service for reasons not attributable to you, and you have already paid for a period that has not been provided, we will refund that portion pro rata for the unused period. For subscriptions made through the Microsoft commercial marketplace, we will do so through that channel's mechanism.
3. Exporting your data
However the service ends, your data is retained for 90 days from the termination date so that you can export it; see the Privacy Policy. A refund and a data export are two separate things: requesting a refund does not delete your data early.

1. 経路ごとの返金の取扱い

| Microsoft 商用マーケットプレース経由のご契約 | 請求、インボイスおよび返金はMicrosoft が処理し、当該マーケットプレースの条件と返金手続きに従います。ご請求は Microsoft サポートへお願いします。当社は当該経路の代金を代行して処理することはできません。 |
| 個別サービス契約（法人のお客様） | 当該サービス契約の支払および終了に関する条項によります。 |
| 無料トライアル | お支払いが発生しないため、返金は生じません。 |
2. 当社がサービスを終了する場合
お客様の責めに帰さない事由により当社がサービスを終了し、かつ未提供の期間について既にお支払いいただいている場合、当社は未利用期間分を按分して返還します。Microsoft 商用マーケットプレース経由でご契約のお客様については、当該経路の手続きに従って処理します。
3. データのエクスポート
いかなる形で終了した場合でも、お客様のデータは終了日から 90 日間、エクスポートのために保存されます。詳細は〈プライバシーポリシー〉をご覧ください。返金とデータのエクスポートは別個の事項です。返金をご請求されても、データが早期に削除されることはありません。
