QuanCog Is Heading to Microsoft Marketplace — QuanTuring Selected for Microsoft for Startups ISV Success

After joining Microsoft for Startups this April, QuanTuring Inc. has, within two months, advanced into the ISV Success program — Microsoft's premium track for independent software vendors with the maturity to publish on the marketplace. This upgrade from general membership to ISV Success is one of the fastest such trajectories among Taiwan startups in the same cohort, and it clears the runway for QuanCog, QuanTuring's enterprise knowledge-brain product, to reach the Microsoft Marketplace — Microsoft's unified storefront that consolidated the former Azure Marketplace and AppSource in 2025.

From Joining an Ecosystem to Integrating One

Over the past quarter, QuanTuring assembled an unusually complete ecosystem footprint: NVIDIA Inception Program member, Google for Startups member, AWS Activate member, and — in April — Microsoft for Startups member. ISV Success is not another badge. It moves one of those tracks from resource access to go-to-market: Azure credits, marketplace publishing consultation (PublishingConsult), architecture review (ADR), and GTM support that turn a validated product into SaaS that Azure enterprise customers can purchase directly.

QuanTuring's core capability is a cloud-deployable enterprise knowledge brain that turns an organization's dormant unstructured data — policies, reports, technical documents — into a retrievable, trustworthy, citable knowledge layer. On an internal 200-question benchmark, the engine reaches 97.4% Hit@5 (Wilson 95% CI), 100% retrieval on Chinese and Japanese, and a cross-domain MRR of 0.945. For regulated, audit-heavy enterprises, "accurate" is not enough — "auditably correct" is the procurement bar, and that is precisely where QuanTuring positions for the Azure enterprise segment.

Microsoft Marketplace lets enterprises adopt QuanTuring through their existing cloud procurement and budgets, shortening the path from evaluation to deployment. It is the natural extension of QuanTuring's multi-cloud strategy:
