QuanCog 是什麼
一套企業知識平台，設計目標是讓答案可以被查證。
逐句引用。 每一句回答都能追回它依據的原始文件與位置——不是附一份參考清單，而是句子層級的對應。稽核時要回答的問題通常是「這句話依據什麼」，而不是「你們讀過哪些文件」。
查不到就拒答。 檢索不到足夠依據時，系統回報查不到，而不是用通用知識補一個看起來合理的答案。在受規範的場域，一個標示為「無法回答」的空白，比一段無法追溯的文字安全。
同一套引擎，從雲端到完全地端。 部署形態不同，檢索與生成的核心一致——這讓「先在雲端試、確認後移進廠內」成為同一個產品的兩種組態，而不是兩次導入。
適用場景
以下是這套設計適用的文件情境，不是已完成的客戶案例：
- 製造與設備：機台手冊、保養規程、異常處理紀錄——現場要的是「這個代碼在哪一頁怎麼說」
- 稽核與品保：品質文件、變更紀錄、矯正預防措施——重點在追溯鏈，不在摘要
- 功能安全與法規文件：IEC 61508、ISO 26262 等標準文本與內部對應文件，查詢頻繁、引用必須精確、答錯的代價高

What this changes for buyers
Being listed does not change the product. It changes how you can get it.
Procure through your existing Microsoft billing. Subscription and billing are handled by Microsoft Marketplace and land on your existing Azure invoice — one bill, an existing payment instrument, and no new vendor onboarding just to trial a new tool. For most enterprises, procurement friction is a harder obstacle than price.
It has passed Microsoft's listing review. A Marketplace listing goes through Microsoft's commercial and technical review before it is published. That is not an endorsement of product performance, but it does move part of the vendor due-diligence work earlier.
Sign in with your existing Entra ID. Adopting a knowledge platform should not require standing up another identity system, or maintaining a second copy of your user directory.
What QuanCog is
An enterprise knowledge platform built so that answers can be checked.
Sentence-level citation. Every sentence in an answer can be traced back to the source document and position it came from — not a reading list appended at the end, but a sentence-to-source correspondence. Under audit, the question is usually "what is this particular sentence based on", not "which documents did you consult".
It declines when it cannot find grounds. When retrieval does not surface sufficient grounds, the system reports that it cannot answer, rather than filling the gap with general knowledge that reads plausibly. In a regulated setting, a blank marked "cannot answer" is safer than a paragraph nobody can trace.
One engine, from cloud to fully on-premises. The deployment shape differs; the retrieval and generation core does not. That makes "pilot in the cloud, then move it inside the plant" two configurations of one product rather than two separate implementations.
Where this fits
The following are the document situations this design is built for — not completed customer case studies:
- Manufacturing and equipment: machine manuals, maintenance procedures, fault records — the floor needs "where does this code appear and what does it say"
- Audit and quality assurance: quality documents, change records, corrective and preventive actions — the point is the traceability chain, not the summary
- Functional safety and regulatory documents: standards such as IEC 61508 and ISO 26262 and the internal documents mapped to them — queried often, cited precisely, expensive to get wrong

QuanCog とは
答えを検証できることを設計目標とした企業向け知識プラットフォームです。
文単位の出典表示。 回答の各文を、根拠となった原文書とその位置まで遡れます。末尾に参考文献を並べるのではなく、文と出典が対応します。監査で問われるのは通常「この一文の根拠は何か」であり、「どの文書を読んだか」ではありません。
根拠が見つからなければ答えない。 十分な根拠を検索できない場合、一般知識でそれらしく埋めるのではなく、回答できない旨を返します。規制のある現場では、「回答不可」と明示された空白のほうが、追跡できない一段落より安全です。
クラウドから完全オンプレミスまで、同一のエンジン。 配置形態は異なりますが、検索と生成の中核は同じです。「まずクラウドで試し、確認後に工場内へ移す」が、二度の導入ではなく一つの製品の二つの構成になります。
想定される場面
以下はこの設計が対象とする文書の場面であり、完了した顧客事例ではありません：
- 製造・設備：装置マニュアル、保全規程、異常処理記録 —— 現場が必要とするのは「このコードはどのページに何と書かれているか」です
